These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlowTable platform operated by FlowTable (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using FlowTable, you agree to these Terms. Questions may be directed to admin@flowtable.net.
FlowTable provides restaurant management software including waitlist management, reservations, staff scheduling, time tracking, and related tools. Access is granted to restaurant operators who have an active subscription and their authorized staff.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
FlowTable operates an SMS notification program that sends transactional messages to restaurant guests. These messages are sent on behalf of the subscribing restaurant and include:
When you check the SMS consent box at a restaurant kiosk, waitlist station, or online booking form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from that restaurant via FlowTable. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. If you do not check the consent box, you will not receive text messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on restaurant activity. You will typically receive one to a few messages per restaurant visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
To opt out: Reply STOPto any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent from that restaurant’s account.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms of your mobile carrier.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Restaurant subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are as listed on the Pricing page. A 30-day free trial is available; a valid payment method is required to start the trial. Cancellation before the trial end date will not result in any charge. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled.

All software, design, and content on the FlowTable platform are owned by FlowTable and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
The FlowTable platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowTable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any SMS delivery failures or delays.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
